Garra of Elizabeth, New Jersey, born in Hazleton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 11, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Garra and Margaret Garra (Bobal); and his siblings, Dolores Seavey, James R., Robert D., Francis E. and Emil Garra.
He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret D. "Peggy" Bray of Tamaqua, Barbara J. Garra of Shermans Dale and Andrew Garra of Pittston. He is also survived by numerous great nieces, nephews.
