He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry H. Setzer Sr. (Emma Nichols Setzer) and NJ; his sister Pearl; and his sibling's children, Michelle and Terry.

He is survived by: his sister June Richardson of North Carolina; and his sibling's children, Richard, Thomas, Charles, Cindy and Aneesa Kay. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
