She was predeceased by : her parents, Clark H. Burgoyne and Beatrice Hillpot Burgoyne; her husband W. Clayton; her grandson Clark; and her sister Anne Field.

She is survived by : her children, Amy Cooley, Bruce Bishop (Lisa), Thomas Bishop (Bonnie) and Wendy Radulski (Tim); her grandchildren, Jason, Lesley (Josh), Ben (Christine), Alyssa, Ryan, Donald, Rachel and Julia; and her great grandchildren, Holly, Clayton, Eddie, Robin and Brielle.

In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested that donations can be made to the Elmer United Methodist Church in Jean's memory.
