We are sad to announce that on March 16, 2023, Shirley Ann Hitzelberger of Elmer, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Smith and Evelyn Smith (Rulon) of Orlando, Florida.; and her son Benjamin W. Hitzelberger Jr. of Elmer, NJ. She is survived by : her husband Benjamin W. Hitzelberger Sr.; her sons, Kenneth Hitzelberger (Darlene) and David Hitzelberger (Darla); her grandchildren, Corrine Hitzelberger Carozis (Ioannis), Benjamin W. Hitzelberger III (Robyn), Rebecca and Taylor Labree; and her great grandchildren, Abigale and Benjamin Hitzelberger IV.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a memorial donation be made in memory of Shirley to Elmer Fire Department, PO Box 549, Elmer, NJ 08318.
