He is survived by: his wife Julia Church; and his children, Ezra Church (Alissa), Dr. Ephraim Church (Emily), Asahel Church (Laura), Adriel Butts (Robert) and Aijalon Church (Jana). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Faith Orthodox Presbyterian Church (545-547 Daretown Rd, Elmer, NJ 08318). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. Paul Cemetery (850 Hill Church Rd, Hummelstown, PA 17036).
