She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Beatrice Booker and McKinley Lee. She is survived by: her daughter Shalanda Lee-Esserry; her grandsons, Komal Sharod, Nazzir Krishna and Jeremiah Isaiah Keith Esserry; her siblings, Janett Miller (Mike Miller), Annette Reed, Judy Newkirk, Sheila Clark, Michelle Booker, Deanna Booker, Clifton Bryant and William Booker; her stepbrother Preston Brinson; her brothers, Norman Brinson (Daniel) and Emanuel Brinson; and her siblings' children, Cherie L. Reed and Sharod Rawls. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Patrick J. Conte Funeral Home, Inc. (274 Market St, Elmwood Park, NJ 07407).
