She was predeceased by: her parents, Ann Cosgrove and John Cosgrove; and her siblings, Janet, Lois, Diane and Jack.

She is survived by: her husband Richard Mulhern; her children, Maureen, Michael, Thomas (Danielle) and John (Carol); and her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Mason, Alyssa and Kylie.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
