She was predeceased by: her husband, Michael Blischak; her parents, Thomas DeScisciolo and Helen DeScisciolo; and her brother-in-law Bill Phillips.

She is survived by: her siblings, Anthony DeScisciolo and Karen Kolb; her nieces, Melissa Woyshner (Greg Woyshner), Michele Descisciolo and Nicole DaSilva (Marcelo DaSilva); her sister-in-law Susan Muller, and great-nieces and great-nephews, Madison Woyshner, Conrad Woyshner, Anna Descisciolo, Jayden DaSilva and Marcelo DaSilva Jr.
