She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Costello and Mary-Cate Costello (Oates); her husband Donald O. Walther; her sister Margaret McDermott; and her son-in-law Thomas P. Keery (Patricia Keery).
She is survived by: her brother Thomas Costello; her children, Janet Walther, Patricia Keery, Donald T. Walther and Kathleen O'Hea (Michael); and her grandchildren, Kevin Keery, Caroline O'Hea, Griffin O'Hea and Owen O'Hea.
