He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Middleton and Nettie Kahn; his sister Andrea; and his uncle Philip. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Zariah and Nasir; his stepmother Carol; his nephew Kallel (Krystal); his niece Diani; his uncles, Danny, Rick, John (Marsha) and Lawrence (Mary); and his aunt Rhonda. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
