She was predeceased by: her parents, Assunta and Mario; her husbands, Walter G. Culkin and Andrew Martone; her siblings, Angelina "Angie", Clorinda, Matilda "Tillie", Ralph, Joe, Vincenzo "Jim", Salvatore and Anthony; and her daughter-in-law Sharon.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Culkin and Walter Culkin; her brother Mario Della Salla; and her grandchildren, Courtney, Walter, Nicolette, Michael and Joseph.
Viewing was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home (344 US-9, Englishtown, NJ 07726). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Thomas More Catholic Church (186 Gordons Corner Rd, Manalapan Township, NJ 07726).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that a memorial donation be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Olga's memory.
