He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father John Joseph Szymanski; his mother-in-law Ellen Melvin; his grandson Jaquise Melvin; his brother-in-law James Howard Lapp; his wife Marge; his daughter Ikelia Melvin; his grandchildren, Jah'Osha Melvin, Jataj Melvin of Ewing, NJ. and Joseph Cason Jr. of Ewing, NJ.; his mother Veronica Szymanski of Plumsteadville, PA; his sisters, Susan Szymanski of Plumsteadville, PA and Maria Mens of Hagerstown, MD; his siblings' children, Ken Varvel of Quakertown, PA and Melissa Mens of Frederick, MD; and his friend Joseph Cason.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Winowicz Funeral Home (300-320 Adeline St, Trenton, NJ 08611).
