He is survived by: his close friend John Horvath; his wife Kelly Stefani Monroe; his sisters, Lois Tatman and Tina Holtz; his children, Jeffrey J. Monroe (Linda), James P. Monroe (Kristin), Timothy Monroe, Jean-Marie Monroe and Mary-Frances Monroe-Dacey (Sarah); his daughters-in-law, Aimee Box (Kenny) and Kimberly Stefani Kelstone; his grandchildren, Isaiah Robert Monroe-Shaw, Joshua Isaac Monroe Lynch, Shay Ashlan Monroe Lynch, Christopher Ognibene, Samantha Reiter, Ashley Monroe Box Axt (Zach), Morganne Monroe, Mikayla Monroe and Sadie Monroe-Dacey; his great grandchildren, Antony, Henry, Mateo and Thomas; Tina, Eileen and Jeff.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Club House (23 Wheldon Shivers Dr, Ewing Township, NJ 08628).
