He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joyce Welfel; his children, Jeffrey Welfel of Dumont and Renee Bailey (Sean) of Waldwick; his granddaughter Sophia Bailey; and his sister June Shuler (Kurt) of Davis, CA.. He was also cherished by many loving cousins and friends.
