He was predeceased by: his wife Suzanne Fishbein; his brother Sheldon Fishbein; and his parents, Rubin Fishbein and Charlotte Fishbein. He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Schwartzman (Jeffrey) and Laura Maglio; his grandchildren, Michael (Molly), Joshua (Margaret), Rachel and Andrew; and his brother William Fishbein. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
