He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Sr. and Maria; and his siblings, Eva and Manfred. He is survived by: his wife Judith of Fair Lawn; his son Kyle of Parsippany; his niece Marisa Hochstetler of Middlebury, Indiana; and his brother-in-law Gerald Massenaro of Hawthorne.
