Graceann Durr Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Graceann Durr (Fairfield, New Jersey), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 15, 2025 at the age of 47. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her significant other Joseph Kraemer; her child Kristi-Lynn Durr; her stepchildren, Joseph Kraemer, Jr. and Adored; her grandson Zachary; her brothers, John and Kenneth Durr; her siblings-in-law, Edward Jr. and Annette Kraemer; her aunts and uncles, Kenneth, Francis, Thomas, James, Steven, Linda, Susan, Beverly, Cindy, Cathy, Patty, Dottie and Judy; and her nephew Michael John Paul Durr.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stellato Funeral Home (7 2 Bridges Rd, Fairfield, NJ 07004).
