It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Justin Lizza Sr. (Fairfield, New Jersey), born in Connellsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 30, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxwell (Frances Lizza) and Justin; and his brother Maxwell Lizza. He is survived by: his wife Louise Lizza; his children, Catherine Salvanto (Steve), Justin Lizza, Jr. (Donna), Tara Benkert (Joseph), Frank Lizza and Michael Lizza (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Joseph, Natalie, Stephanie, Nicholas, Christina, Matthew, Jack and Maxwell; and his sister Frances Enik (Robert).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stellato Funeral Home (7 2 Bridges Rd, Fairfield, NJ 07004). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Calendar St Thomas More Church (12 Hollywood Ave, Fairfield, NJ 07004). A committal service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Fairfield Volunteer Fire Department, 228 Fairfield, NJ 07004 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
