With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Megaline Toscano (Fairfield, New Jersey), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 11, 2025 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominick Caporale and Helen Caporale; her husband Patrick Toscano, Sr.; her grandson Edward Esker, Jr.; and her siblings, Mary Campbell, Vincent Caporale, Joseph Caporale, Rosemarie'DeeDee'Miller and Dominic Caporale.
She is survived by: her children, Joanne Bergerson (Ken), Patricia Toscano and Patrick, Jr. (Nancy Toscano); her grandchildren, Michele Palma, Gina DeMattheis, Matthew Toscano, Nicholas Toscano and Patrick Toscano, III; her great grandchildren, A. J., Patrick and Carlo; and her brother Theodore Caporale.
