He is survived by: his wife Janice Schmitt; his children, Robert III and MaryAnne; his grandchildren, Christopher, Jessica, Michael, Olivia, Nicholas, Julia, Hollis, Giana and Isabella; his great grandchild Avellina; and his sister Judith Keegan.
