He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Crossley and Lillian Crossley; and his brother-in-law John Smith. He is survived by: his sisters, Lillian Smith of Woodland Park and Diane Everett (Fred) of Wantage; and his nieces and nephews, Sherry Saccomanno (Bob), Scott Smith (Barbara), John Everett (Colleen) and Melissa Johansson.

Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Bizub-Parker Funeral Home (47 Main St, Little Falls, NJ 07424). A procession was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (52 Totowa Rd, Totowa, NJ 07512). A graveside service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
