He is survived by : his parents, James Rannels and Margaret Mossbrooks Rannels of Bridgeton; his daughter Amanda Rannels Feliciano of Bridgeton; his siblings, James Rannels, Jr. (Linda) of Millville and Mary Ann Dooley (Rickie) of Bridgeton; and his grandsons, Adam Ford and Brandon Feliciano.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Padgett Funeral Home (1107 NJ-77, Bridgeton, NJ 08302). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Fernwood Memorial Park.
