With sadness, we share the passing of Jessica Rose Lugo of Fairview, New Jersey. Jessica Rose, born on November 20, 1982, passed away on September 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Genaro J. Lugo, Carmen "Chickie" Tapia Rivera Lugo and Lourdes Guzman; her stepgrandfather Luis Alfonso Lopez; and her birth father Jose Rafael Pagan.
She is survived by: her mother Lois Lugo; her stepfather Francis Lopez; her aunts and uncles, Lorraine Cruz, Linda Israelsohn, Mark, Eriche and Sean; and her stepgrandmother Sofy Lopez. She is also survived by cousins and grand cousins.
In Lieu of Flowers the family asks for donations to please be made in her honor to the Villa Marie Claire Hospice, a QR code will be available at the funeral home to make donations.
