He is survived by : his parents, Clara Zapateiro and Aura Erazo; his sisters, Aura Victoria Vargas Zapateiro and Zoila Rosa Vargas Zapateiro; his nephews, Andres Hernandez and Mauricio Otero; and his pets, Ushki and Jack. He is also survived by extended family members, friends.
