With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Luis Alvarez of Fairview, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 20, 2025 at the age of 67. He was predeceased by: his parents, Luis Alvarez and Lucia Alvarez. He is survived by: his wife Karla; his children, Alexis, Daniel and Natalie; and his grandchildren, Vivienne Alvarez and Eli Ribiero.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Barquin Funeral Home (7101 Broadway, North Bergen, NJ 07093).
