He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Foley and Lillian Foley (Shanley). He is survived by: his siblings, Maureen (John Lallis), Chuck (Gail), Eileen (Jim Faitoute), Kevin and Brian (Christine Foley). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
