He is survived by: his wife Katherine; his children, Cormac and Róisiń Lawless (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Aedín and Darragh Lawless; and his siblings, William, Margaret O'Meara, Elizabeth Hanglow and Frances Beatty. He is also survived by his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-laws, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
