Susan L. Applegate Obituary
We announce the death of Susan L. Applegate in Fanwood, New Jersey, born in Rahway, New Jersey, who passed away on September 1, 2026, at the age of 73. Susan will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Joan Applegate (Peins); her grandmother Mary; and her pets, Shannon, Buddy, Garrett, Timber and Cindy.
She is survived by: her father Donald Applegate; her siblings, Douglas and Linda; and her partner Artie Holdsworth. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hawk Pointe Golf Club (4 Clubhouse Drive, Washington, NJ 07882).
