He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Sheppard and Mary Sheppard. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughter Lauren (Joseph Systo Jr.) of Bridgewater; and his grandsons, Jacob Regal, Joseph Systo III and Jackson Systo.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Kearns Funeral Home (103 Old Hwy 28, Whitehouse Station, NJ 08888). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
