He was predeceased by: his father James T. Barth, Sr. (Barth). He is survived by: his mother Danette Benita Aurahan of Jacksonville Beach, FL; his wife Nancy A. Barth; his children, Michael A. Barth of Far Hills and Michelle M. Barth of Far Hills; and his brother James T. Barth, Jr. (Kathryn J. Kennedy) of Ponte Vedra, FL..
