He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Clayton, Tristan, Makenzie, Lanie and Adrien; his in-laws, Edward and Susan Blewett; his brother-in-law Edward Blewett (Nicole); and his parents, Larry Thomas and Nancy Thomas. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
