He was predeceased by: his father James Wagner; and his brothers, Robert D. Wagner, Thomas R. Wagner and James A. Wagner, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Wagner; his mother Charlotte Wagner; his sister Susan Wagner; and his mother-in-law Ernestine Stoeckel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
