He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia; his parents, Joseph Fariello and Rose Fariello; and his siblings, Madeline Fortunato, Mary Chase, Julie Chasey, Alfonse Fariello, Jenny Lewis, Viola Havens, Rose Claffey and Anthony Fariello.
He is survived by: his children, Patti Lane of Wall, Frank Fariello (Bette Jo) of Wall, Tony Fariello (Kim) of Brick, Lisa Meli (Tom) of Wall and Gena Fariello of Wall; his grandchildren, Frank Fariello, Michelle Trautweiler, Stephen Fariello, Michael Lane, Anthony Fariello, Noah Buehler, Emma Buehler and Bella Meli; his great grandchildren, Amaya, Jack, Aayla, Frank and George; and his siblings, Joseph Fariello, Louise Palmer, Rita Morello and Annie Czarnik.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Keep Frank's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
