He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Winter and Susan Winter (Forberger). He is survived by: his wife Catherine Winter; his sons, Scott Winter (Deborah) and Kurt Winter; his siblings, Pauline Staufenberger and George Forberger; and his nieces and nephews, Paula, Donna, Mike, Bob, Vincent and Glenn.
A Mass will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton RC Church (61 Main St, Flanders, NJ 07836). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 12:45 PM at the East Ridgelawn Cemetery (255 Main Ave, Clifton, NJ 07013).
