He is survived by: his wife Mary (Manasquan); his siblings, Dolores Doyle (Lorrie) of Hopatcong and William Hughes of Williamsburg, Virginia; his children, Al (Audrey) of Fernandina Beach, Chris (Laurie) of Holland Township and Katherine Hughes (Tom) of Somerville; his grandchildren, Lindsay (Matt Neumann), Nash, Andrew (Sarina), Alexa (Rohan Basu), Isabelle and Owen; and his great grandchild Shea Neumann.
