He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Hoffman; his parents, Joseph Kanach and Stella Kanach; and his brothers, Jack, Julian and Tom.
He is survived by: his sisters, Joan Alles and Janet Bosshard; his son Keith; his grandchildren, Claire Rosenzweig (Nick), Ryan Corley and Matt Corley; his great grandchildren, Carter and Kate Rosenzweig; his daughter Suellen Frederick (Mike); his grandchildren, Sara, John, Trace and Paige; and his caregiver Blannette "Barbara" Cole. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
