She is survived by: her husband Frederick E. Cook; her daughters, Deborah A. Biolsi and Jennifer Cook-Ortiz; her son-in-law John Ortiz; her nephew Julian Aleman (Consuelo); her grandchildren, Ryan, Jen, Brendan, Kellie, Sean, Lindsey, Kelly, Kyle, Erin, Cody, Meghan, Dylan, Brian, Clemente, Bryanna, Nolan, Siena, Sawyer, Ryleigh and Baby Ellis; her siblings, Carmen Iris and Ruth; and her sisters-in-law, Joan, Diane and Jenifer Ali.
