He was predeceased by: his parents, Kurt Rutter and Helen Rutter (Sarych); his brother Warren Rutter; and his stepmother Marjorie Rutter (Muller). He is survived by: his siblings, Jeff Rutter of Cookeville, TN, Doreen (John Bassett), Marjorie (Michael Bonham) and Linda (John Villano). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
