He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Scott and Edith Hudson-Scott; his siblings, Irvin, Louis and Catherine; and his godson Dexter Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Stephanie (Yancey); his children, Bud Scott, Jr. (Shanda), Troy Scott (Liz) and Tress Kelly (Anthony) of Burlington; his siblings, James (Sara Louise), T. Wayne (Viola), Elsie Lee, Joyce Winfree (Robert), Arlene Scott and Brenda Stroud; his sister-in-law Bertha Scott; his grandchildren, Talynn, TJ, Tre, Tyler, Logan, Tony and Travis; and his brother-in-law Rodney Yancey. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
