He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolores Pennacchi (Gajderowicz) and James J. Pennacchi; his sons, Jimmy and Joey Pennacchi; and his sister Christine Pennacchi.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Pennacchi (Challender); his daughters, Maria Pennacchi of Florence, Melinda Carnassale (William) of Juliustown, Michele Pennacchi of Florence, Jamie Donovan (Gerald) of Florence and Josette Pavlov (Joshua) of Wrightstown; his grandchildren, James (Leanne), Aaron, Evan, Jeannie, Graziella, Niccolo, Gio and Alessia; his great grandchild James K. Pennacchi; and his godson Michael "Mikey" Allen. He is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Koschek-Mancuso Funeral Home (1115 Hornberger Ave, Roebling, NJ 08554). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Assumption Catholic Church (1290 Hornberger Ave, Roebling, NJ 08554).
