He is survived by: his wife Theresa Testa (Yaede); his children, John Michael Testa 3rd (Dawn), Jason Matthew Testa (Amanda) and Kasey Testa; his grandchildren, Donavan Matthew Testa, Lianna Testa and Lilly Testa; his siblings, Linda Kramer (Wes), Joe DeArmitt (April) and Chris DeArmitt (Khristie); his siblings-in-law, Sandy Huffman (Doug), Vicky Ashwood, Edwin Yaede (Rue) and Bruce Stanton; his cousins, Bernice Wiles (Doug), Bonnie Roberts (Scott) and Woody Knamm (Cathy); and his uncle William Knamm. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
