She was predeceased by: her parents, Natalio Adames and Eulalia Adames; her daughter Evelyn Hernandez; her grandson Benjamin Rosario; her great grandchild Penelope; and her siblings, Eva, Olga and Andres.
She is survived by: her daughter Millie Perfetto; her son-in-law Joseph Perfetto; her grandchildren, Jonathan Ramos, Jeremy Rosario, Shelly DeBari, Michelle Cruz and Kayla Perfetto; her great grandchildren, Brianna, Giselle, Ariela, Leonardo, Vivian, Remi, Santino, Amelia, Dante and Éponine; and her siblings, Candido Adames and Luz Sabo. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Elsie was always helping others and was passionate about collecting clothing and other items to donate to those in need.
