He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas O'Brien and Loretta Parkin O'Brien; and his brother Michael O'Brien. He is survived by: his sibling Terry O'Brien; his grandchildren, Chelsea (Pat), Anna (Pat), James (Abby), Shea (Brittany), Josh (Maggs), Thomas (Kylie) and Allie (Ian); and also, Evelyn, Charlotte, Nina, Sammy, Kaia, Nora, Hazel and Willow.
