He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Maciolek and Mary; his wife Helen; his son Donald Maciolek; and his siblings, Dominic, Stanley and Pauline Begarney.

He is survived by : his daughter Judy Bush of Hopelawn; his grandchildren, Michael Maciolek, Michelle Fisher and John Bush; and his great grandchildren, Andrew, Austin, Sebastian, Mason, Briella and Fiona.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Stephen's Renovation Fund in Constantine's memory.
