He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Joseph T. and Grace Hammer; his wife Patricia Hammer; his children, Gina Bailey (Steven) and Joseph C. Hammer (Beth) of Neptune City; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Nicholas Bailey, Ashley and Lindsay Hammer.
