It is with sadness that the passing of Judith Ann Koop (Fords, New Jersey) is shared. Judith Ann, born on October 18, 1940 in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, passed away on October 11, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick Koop; her parents, Clifford R Herman and Laverne Halbert Herman; and her sister Susanne Cumber. She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen J Fengya (Robert); her grandson Aidan; and her sisters, Karen Crowe (Kenneth) of Rahway, NJ and Joyce Sieber (Daniel) of Williamstown, NJ. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
