Karen leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Karen’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Jim" Kunie and Ann Kunie. She is survived by: her children, Michele N. Schaber and Michael J. Yacovelli; her daughter-in-law Melissa of Avenel, NJ; her granddaughter Gracie Yacovelli; her brother John Kunie; her sister-in-law Joyce of Colonia; her nieces, Catherine and Deanna Kunie; and her kitty Lola.
