He was predeceased by : his mother Mary Kolesar. He is survived by : his children, Karen Millicker (Michael), Susan Roth and John Michalsky (Deborah); his wife Patricia; and his grandchildren, Anastasia Cappiello (Anthony Cappiello), Michael Millicker (Margaret Cole), Alexandra Millicker, Elizabeth Millicker, Victoria Millicker, Daniel Roth, Carrissa Leahy (Timothy Leahy), Seaerra Michalsky and Noah Michalsky.
