He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Siegel Carbone; his parents, Albert Carbone and Jane Carbone; and his stepson-in-law Richard Rhodes. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Arlene Rhodes of Fords; his daughters, Christine Carbone and Janet Thomas (Mark); his grandchildren, Matthew Rhodes (Sarah), Stephen, Renee, Brooke, Tanya, Shelby, Blaire and Tess Thomas; his great grandchildren, Archer Rhodes, Riley Jane Thomas, Charlotte Grace Thomas, Juliana Thomas, James Thomas, Sage Robin Thomas and Ember Daisy Thomas; and his sister Beverly Carbone.
