He was predeceased by: his brother Kenneth Tarr. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Tarr; his son Joseph T. Tarr MD; his daughter-in-law Kimberly; his grandson Oliver of Bergenfield; his siblings, JoAnn Orosz (Ron) of Manchester and Richard Tarr (Denise) of Westtown, NY; and his sisters-in-law, Patricia Taros of Cranford and Gale DeBoer (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
